Aerial photography means makingĀ  photographs of the land from a raised place. The term usually relates to images in which the camera is not supported by a ground-based structure. Programs for aerial photography include fixed-wing aircraft, choppers, balloons, blimps and airships, rockets, poles and parachutes.
